Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be confirmed with a 50% advance payment.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing or via email.

Safety and Compliance

All guests must comply with safety instructions given by the crew.

Sunshine Yacht Cruises adheres to all local maritime laws and regulations.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

All guests must present a valid Emirates ID or the original copy of their passport prior to boarding.

Liability and Insurance

Sunshine Yacht Cruises is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur due to non-compliance with safety instructions.

Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance.

Conduct Aboard

Respectful and responsible behavior is expected from all guests.

Illegal activities or substances are strictly prohibited on board.

Damage to Property

Guests will be responsible for any damage they cause to the yacht or its equipment.

Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Changes to Terms Sunshine Coast Yacht Rental reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms and conditions.
